Applications Process at St Andrew’s
Selecting the right school for your child is very important. We would be delighted to help you with this process. Contact the Admissions department on 011 453 9408 or email admissions@standrews.co.za for more information and to arrange a tour of the school.
Once an application form has been submitted, the Admissions secretary will acknowledge receipt and the application will be placed on the relevant waiting list. Please note we offer limited academic, dramatic arts, music, sport and visual arts scholarships annually, in grade 8 only.
Complete an application form online:
- Please click on the following link to complete the online application form, which is applicable for Preschool, Junior School and Senior School applicants.
- A copy of the applicant’s latest school report, a copy of the applicant’s birth certificate, copies of both parents’ ID documents, and proof of payment of the R400 application fee will need to be uploaded at the end in order for the application to be considered.
Preschool Fees 2025

Scholarships at St Andrew’s
St Andrew’s School for Girls has been one of the country’s leading girl’s schools for over a century. We offer limited music, sport, dramatic arts, visual arts and academic scholarships to girls of exceptional ability. All scholarships are offered in Grade 8 only.
Academic Scholarships
These scholarships are awarded based on the results of the English and Mathematics written entrance assessments completed after submission of an application of admission into St Andrew’s for Grade 8.
Sport Scholarships
If your daughter is one of her school’s top sport achievers and you would like her to continue her education in an outstanding academic, cultural and sporting environment, please complete the application form for admission into St Andrew’s School for Girls, and select the relevant scholarship option (for entry into Grade 8 only). You will be required to upload all relevant certificates and other proof of achievements with an application form for admission into St Andrew’s School for Girls.
Music Scholarships
If your daughter is one of her school’s top music achievers and you would like her to continue her education in an outstanding academic, cultural and sporting environment, please complete the application form for admission into St Andrew’s School for Girls, and select the relevant scholarship option (for entry into Grade 8 only). You will be required to upload all relevant certificates and other proof of achievements.
Dramatic Arts Scholarships
If your daughter is one of her school’s top performers and you would like her to continue her education in an outstanding academic, cultural and sporting environment, please complete the application form for admission into St Andrew’s School for Girls, and select the relevant scholarship option (for entry into Grade 8 only). You will be required to upload all relevant certificates and other proof of achievements
Visual Arts Scholarships
If your daughter is one of her school’s top artists and you would like her to continue her education in an outstanding academic, cultural and sporting environment, please complete the application form for admission into St Andrew’s School for Girls, and select the relevant scholarship option (for entry into Grade 8 only). You will be required to upload all relevant certificates and other proof of achievements.
