Welcome to St Andrew's Preschool
The St Andrew’s Preschool is situated on a beautiful, huge playground at St Andrew’s School for Girls.
The Preschool is co- educational and caters for boys and girls ranging in age from 3 months to 5 years.
The children enjoy a fun- filled day at school. We have a daily routine which we follow, but within the routine we are flexible according to the needs of the children. We have wonderful teachers and assistants who are well- trained and enjoy continued staff development programs.
The school program includes music, movement skills, perceptual and visual skills, art, drama rings, art and creative activities, language rings, story rings, as well as pottery for all children in the 3-4 and 4-5 groups and Kindermusik incorporated into our weekly program.

In the older section we have a vegetable garden and an interactive play wall in our gym room. The bicycle track is enjoyed daily by the children and the adventure play area is where the most fun is had during free play time. Our play shed offers hours of ‘home’ fantasy play and the large garden allows for lots of running games, as well as soccer matches on the demarcated soccer field.
The younger section of the preschool has it’s own indoor soft play room. Their ‘home’ play shed is a definite highlight in their garden area which is lined with huge trees providing a tranquil and shady area. The children enjoy the park-like environment where many hours are spent being pushed on the swings or playing in the sandpit and on the low jungle gym.
At St Andrew’s Preschool we believe that a happy child will learn naturally, as long as they are provided with endless learning opportunities.
